Saute until softened in olive oil:
                 1 large onion, chopped Add:
                 1 tablespoon dry ground cumin1 teaspoon cayenne (or to tasted) 275 grams sweet corn kernels-fresh, frozen or tinned When vegetables are almost done add:
                 1 green pepper chopped Serve with crusty bread "Without using there is no complete seeing,  Soetsu Yanagi
